"Don’t take your car here unless you want it damaged! Took my car here for an oil change in March 2023. When attempting to pull my car in, the driver hit the side of the building and caused $1100 worth of damage to my NEW vehicle (only 3 months old). Don’t know how he managed to do this since there are backup cameras, and the car beeps if anything even gets remotely close to it. They tried gaslighting me & telling me “it was no big deal & “it could be buffed out” when I could clearly see it was scratched through to the paint & visibly dented. I got it in writing & had them pay for repairs but it took several months since they went back & forth with the auto-body shop not wanting to pay for the costs of the car THEY damaged. Extremely unprofessional. They will never get my business again."

"Showed up and described a battery issue that had occurred overnight following a storm. Advanced Auto led me to believe it was an electrical issue and refused to test my battery. Shults took in my car immediately without an appointment. They tested my battery and alternator and let me know there was no apparent issue. They also changed my windshield wipers after I explained I must have left a dome light on following a failed attempt to change them myself. Left with no charge and very happy!"
