"First time going here, will not come back. Asked for powder gel manicure but the lady just decided to do normal gel, when I specifically want powder gel. And she insisted to do normal gel. So customer doesn't have a say to what they want? I thought I was the customer. I should get what I want, I’m paying anyways. Never will come back. Lady insisted it’s the same when it clearly not. Normal get looks normal manicure just longer. Not even close to powder gel. I specifically wanted powder gel and I didn’t get it. I am beyond mad. When I’m trying to tell her I want gel she still continue doing what she want so I just decided to shut up and dreaded every single moment. Super sloppy work. I hateeee my nails!!!! Was supposedly have an appointment for eye lash extensions, immediately cancelled coz I’m too scared that they will just do whatever they want and won’t do what the customer want specifically. Beyond disappointed and mad. Pa should have read the reviews first before going here. Apparently they have bad work here. Looking at the other reviews."

"I've been coming here for about 4.5 years now, and I have been very disappointed with the nails they do, since they moved to their new location. Each time I get my nails done there lately, they're not good. The nails I get start lifting after a week or breaks off a bit. On top of that their attitudes there are horrible, I feel so unwelcome as opposed to when I would go to the old location. The only reason I kept putting up with this is because they're closer to where I live. But no more, about a week and a half ago they handed me off to a newer nail tech, when I had specifically made an appointment with another tech I had prior...they often do this to me and from the other comments, to other people too. The tech I had last time came out from the back of the salon and took someone who came in 30 minutes after me. I was upset and the newer tech who was doing my nails, had no idea what she was doing. She was nice but, did a bad job. Too much acrylic on the nails, she didn't fully remove the nail polish off the nail from the last appointment, I had to keep telling her everything was uneven and she kept telling me "yes ill fix it", when she did...it still looked bad. I had some nails shorter than the others, the nails were not rounded they had bumps around them and my nails started to lift from the acrylic. I got chrome nails which is just polish with chrome dusting rubbed on them...the total for this $96!!! The only reason I kept these nails is because I was leaving on a flight later that day. Horrible and with the treatment and they quality of nails...I will never go back, they lost me as a customer. When I got back recently, I went to get my nails done at another salon, as my nails lifted so much and the nail tech there actually asked me if I "did my own nails" because these were "very uneven" and "not smooth". I was only charged $60 there and that's only because I got french."

"Let me start by saying I’m a regular customer at queens nails- generally every time I go I purchase over a hundred dollars in services (tips, pedicure, nail design plus a 15-20 percent tip each time depending on quality) I never mind paying for services but I absolutely expect a service that reflects the price. Each time I go I’m disappointed in one thing or another but really try not to make a big deal This time however I’m just over it and can honestly say they lost me as a customer. I stopped going to do tips since there’s only one person who can do the shape I like and she’s always busy So I came in to do a regular pedicure and manicure, I waited 30 min despite having an appt but really didn’t mind since the service I was going to do was supposed to be quick It took about 1 and a half hours to do a regular pedicure and gel mani The nail polish for my pedi was cracked and the color was not the same when I tried it on my nail The gel mani she didn’t do the magnetic part of the magnetic nail polish so it was also the wrong color- at this point I’m late to another appt so I told her I’d come tomorrow to fix it I get in and all is well until candy tells me she wants me to pay 15 (she already started repainting my nails at this point) then I wanted to clarify price again and she said 12 so after going back and forth with her and telling her that I don’t think it’s fair I succumbed and said fine so I’m paying 12 today and that’s it right 10 mins later I go to pay at the register she said 27 lol But didn’t want to argue again so charged me for 12 This is all To fix a mistake that they made I’m not a cheap person but I’m not about a business who doesn’t give quality services and just wants to bleed you of your money Just sharing an honest experience!"
