"ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I have never been so disappointed in my nails. I did gel and it looks like a 5 year old did them. I honestly do a better job myself. Super disappointed. Also when something happens they speak in their native tongue. I felt super uncomfortable. Will never go back even if it was free. Horrible"

"I’ve been coming to this salon for over 5 years with two different owners… now this nail salon is under new management and the service is terrible. My nails came out horrible. She charged me extra to file my nails into the shape I actually wanted and then completely ignored the color I asked for… started getting rude and overcharged for such terrible quality. Never ever coming back here again. I’ve never felt this anxious in a nail salon before."

"Completely unsatisfied. $93 on BAD SERVICE. I will not be coming back. My service was RUSHED nor were they welcoming. You can tell they did not want to do their job & had an attitude. She tried to remove my acrylics with a fake nail tip until I told her to soak it off so it wouldn’t damage my nail beds. As for my gel manicure followed by my soak-off, once again, I had to tell her to give me the full service which included cutting my cuticles & also running the machine on my nails since I previously had acrylic on them. The gel polish was horrible as well. 3 coats were needed. I also had to file & shape my own nails. ALSO, no hot rag at the end like they do for every other customer nor a massage. As for my man’s gel manicure, he also said it was rushed. There’s still stuff under his nails. 0/10 if I could !!!"

"This has to be the worst manicure I've gotten from this place. I have gotten a few manicures and they have been good. My nails came out round in the middle non of them are straight. I told her I wanted them just like the picture and as pointy as possible. I asked if she was done filing them when I saw they were rounded in the middle of my nail, she said yes. I asked her to fix them and she just tried to fix my thumb by using a regular nail filer on the sides and I tried to explain that it's the powder in my nails thats uneven, she took out the drill and filed it down a little and said they were good now. Are you not seeing that non of them are even or straight?! My nails don't grow out like that or in that direction. I just freaking paid $70 dollars for this aberration. I'm so upset I could cry, they're so ugly."
