Last year my refund was delayed because IRS needed additional info and I wasnt sure what exactly it was, but Liberty helped me through it, got the issue resolved and the refund came the next day. They also give you a can of pop and a bag of chips which is very nice. I tried doing my return once on my own, and learned that one tiny little error or even a mispelling will cause IRS to reject your return, so I let the pros at Liberty Tax Painesville handle it for me."
