"There have been 2 separate times when I called during my 30 minute break to ask questions about my account. I was speaking with Jason both times. They were questions he had to actually call Progressive to get the answer to. I told him to just leave me a message cause I had to go back to work. Literally in 2 minutes he called me back with the answer. The last time involved us even speaking to a 3rd party and it was still resolved before break was over. I needed to email something and Jason even sent me the link so I didn't have to do hardly anything. These guys are great.
