"I wanted to think the reviews were just old and wrong but I went on a tour today and on the tour I saw roaches running on the wall behind the leasing agent as he was speaking. Wouldn't recommend and feel bd for those living there."

"There is mold inside of the apartment and there is a toxic smell that invades the hallway’s and inside our apartment no narrate how uch we clean the smell will not go away"

"My stay here has been unpleasant. The building is infested with mice and isn’t kept clean. Management claim to have an exterminator every other week but yet the mice infestation proves that to be false. The leasing agent was not truthful and stated that there were no mice in the building before I moved in. I have about 2 months left on the property and I can’t wait to leave. I would not recommend that anyone lease through DPM leasing."

"What a horrible experience my family and I had this year. The leasing agent Jordan informed us that there were no mice before we moved in and he also told us that they kept the property clean. Shortly after moving in we discovered that the apartment was infested with mice . We informed the leasing agent Jordan and even though he acted like he cared, he really didn’t . The property manager, Zach, sent exterminators but all they did when they came in was lay down mice traps in which we could have done ourselves. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. We spent a lot of money on traps and other remedies that are not effective with how bad the problem is . The building itself is not kept clean and constantly smells like cigarettes even though there is a “no smoking policy”. We will not be renewing our lease and I would not recommend leasing any apartment with DPM leasing. The pictures attached to this review show a dead mouse we found in our stove after coming back from a 5 day vacation, mice droppings under the refrigerator and stove, the foam the mice manage to eat through from the walls and our dog’s food container opening bit up by the mice."

"This is absolutely a horrible place to live...it is so infested with mice it's ridiculous,I've spent so much time/money trying to get rid of them on a dailybasis,the management HAVE NOT done anything about it,literally for months I've been dealing with this issue,the building floors stay dirty an nasty constantly,I'm definitely moving out of apt #1 asap,city code hasn't done anything either which i think is absolutely insane"
