Temple Building

"I’ve lived in Temple for over 3 years. The management is receptive and works very hard to please the residents. Please keep in mind that this building is 100 years old. Despite that, the updates that occur are minimally disruptive with good communication from management. The units are quiet and the residents are friendly and welcoming. If you’re looking for a safe and unique place in the heart of downtown, I highly recommend Temple."

"I have lived here for 5 years and the Temple Building is wonderful. The units are very large and nice. I particularly like the open layout that enables enjoying the ample space. And the management is top-notch, in particular Angela and Caitlin, who are always super helpful and attentive with anything that comes up. This is a great place to live!"

"SUCH a great place to live! Lived here in a 1br for 5 years. Never had anything negative to say. Quiet neighbors. Soundproof walls. Elevators that work, common areas are clean. STAFF are the best- very responsive. Angela is the greatest and you should be lucky to interact with her. Rent has been increasing, but that is in accordance w local buildings also having higher rent. The plus to this is that the neighborhood is getting nicer, which is a plus. Excellent maintenance staff- they respond to emails and complete jobs within the day! Parking is a little narrow but the valet staff are so helpful. They are even willing to work with you if you get an electric car like I did!! Overall, what a pleasant 5 years. I have no reason to exaggerate or lie- if you're moving to Rochester and want a nice place to live, safe, clean, and easy- choose the Temple Building!"

The administrative staff (And maintenance staff/valet service people) were above and beyond accommodating in all my needs and were very prompt and efficient to address any questions or requests I had. The apartments themselves are beautiful. They are a bit pricy but it is definitely worth the cost! Highly recommend to anyone."

"I loved living here. The amenities were fantastic and I never heard any noise from other apartments nearby. My electric bill was the lowest it’s ever been (I think the energy is just very efficient in the building). I could not say enough nice things about the staff and management. They are all amazing people. I very much recommend this building"
