"We moved upstate from the city (NYC) last summer and fell in love with Fairwood. Maintenance is fast and reliable. Heather in the office is a real MVP and very helpful. Washers and dryers available in every building and at the laundry center in the middle of the neighborhood. We honestly would've spent many more years here, but we need a bigger place (currently have a very spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath, but need another bedroom and want another bathroom) and there is a waitlist for their 2 bedroom apartments at the moment (hot commodity). Very quiet, neighbors are friendly. Luckily we are moving to a sister property nearby and if they are anything like Fairwood we will be fine. If not we will take the smaller apartment and come back :)"

"I am a single woman with a large dog living in a one bedroom apartment. I had a very positive experience living at Fairwood Apartments in Guilderland. The apartment is located in a nice quiet area, close to my favorite gym, grocery stores, dog parks, & eateries. There was plenty of parking, open areas to walk my dog, pleasant staff, & nice neighbors. Maintenance issues were usually taken care of the same day or on the date requested. There are in building laundry facilities & a little pool. I never used the pool, but it looked cute & people seemed like sitting around it to read/ relax. Fairwood also hosts events for the community in the Fall & Summer in their main rec field outside the indoor tennis court bubble. Lastly, I had originally moved in December 2017, which is a hard time to move in upstate NY. They let me extend my lease a few months so I would be able to move in the spring. I'm sure that isn't the norm, but it shows that they care about their tenants & are willing to help out. I plan on encouraging my friends & anyone looking for an apartment to check out Fairwood. Ask for Heather, she's great!"

"Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Fairwood Apartments! Had an issue with Washer at one point, within a couple of days, brand new washer and dryer no questions asked! Also, Heather at the office was extremely friendly and always happy to help with anything! Highly recommend the apartments with vaulted ceilings, very clean, very nice!"

"Lived here for one year. Property management is very responsive. Nice clean apartments. Rent is affordable. We enjoyed living here. Downside their dryers don't work well so be attentive when you are doing laundry and find the best ones to use or use the local laundromat it might be more affordable. Yet it is a very nice place live with a family and convenient location."
