"The apartments are a good price with free internet, but there was also consistent issues. When I moved in there was water damage on the ceiling above the shower, this later caved in, forming a huge hole which wasn't fixed for 2 months. Sewage water came up the drain in my kitchen sink which I couldn't use for 4 days while they fixed it. There are mice in the apartment, maintenance did come and leave bait boxes but there was so many that I killed one with a broom and eventually had to stay at a friend's for the remainder of my lease. Laundry facilities constantly broken. Office staff is nice enough. so if you can deal with these issues, it's good price and great location."

"For a city complex the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Staff and maintenance were always helpful, not always the most cheerful but.. they're human! And they always did their job. Laundry rooms in basements are super convenient, a little creepy but easy to get over. Storage units in basement are basically wire fencing on a secure wooden frame and could be quite humid (just be smart about what you store and how you store it!). Cable and internet are included in rent as well as HEAT and hot water!! How can you beat that??! My electric bill averaged less than 20$ a month. Close to an express way entrance and had a bus stop right in front of the complex. The surrounding neighborhood is awesome, including a school with a playground within a 10 minute walk. Lots of shopping options close by."
