"I do not recommend renting an apartment from Fairfield Station, especially at the Deer Park Fairfield Station location. For over two years they have had an issue with humid air blowing in the apartments. They said it's a boiler broken and being fixed. The hot air creating mold and mildew I'm the apartment where I have my kids. I've been trying to get them to come and fix it and each time you speak to them, they tell you they will come back in a few days. Again no one has come. My lawyer has come to take pictures and. I've told them I'm not paying them any additional rent until the entire house has been cleaned. I am preparing to file a lawsuit against them for negligence. Rent at your own rish."

"DO NOT RENT FROM FAIRFIELD PROPERTIES!! This company has not returned my security deposit since I moved out in July of this year. It has been 11 weeks, New York Law requires the security deposit to be returned within 2 WEEKS. This company will steal your security deposit, refuse to give you an itemized receipt for it, and will lead you along for months on a wild goose chase, trying to find someone to contact about getting your security deposit. Do not recommend to anyone, awful customer service and no morals."

"Fairfield properties is the worst. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, they raise your rent every year starting from $50 then to $60. They do not care for your opinions or your comfort. If you have a roach problem, they hire an exterminator that comes at their own time. You cannot schedule the exterminator to come at your convenience and will only come once a month. Sometimes the exterminator doesn't come even when you made an appointment with the building. The staff will look a blind eye when they make a mistake. They will not acknowledge it, or figure out how it even got to that point. Staff is most likely to communicate with a tone of annoyance and rudeness."
