"I’d give one star but the grounds are beautiful. I’ve lived here for 2 years. Maintenance comes 4 days late almost every time. You have to park a mile away from your apartment because their aren’t enough spots. Management is extremely impersonal and will treat you less than. I had a small kitchen fire in my apartment and no one even asked if my 1 year old or I were okay just wanted my claim number from my insurance. Francesca speaks condescendingly to you whenever an issue arises. They say they are dog friendly but threaten to fine you $200 if your dog even steps on grass outside of the tiny dog park. I kept my boat at the marina here last summer but refused to this year because the steps on the dock are not maintained. Would I recommend? Definitely not. High price for very little in return."
"Danielle from management is very rude and unpleasant . She is always sending out emails in regards to complaining about SOMETHING. Her professionalism and approach are very poorly and needs to EMAIL HERSELF DEFINITIONS OF PROFESSIONALISM AND MANNERS!!!!! The living community is not bad itself , but the people who work there like Danielle seem very miserable and mean. Definitely not worth living in the apartment complex and paying that much for someone to make their tenants feel very uncomfortable! WILL BE MOVING!!!!"
"Beautiful views but prone to flooding on the Great South Bay. I have lived here a little over a year. People warned me, don't be fooled by the beauty of the Harbour club and that the staff is just not worth it to deal with. I have to say I should have taken those suggestions seriously. It is like walking on eggshells living here. They make life very difficult for people. I have made some good friends here but the people who run the Harbour Club are cruel and unusual. They send out many emails about what is not allowed. They like to threaten people with lease violations for incidents as small as drying a pool towel on the terrace. Danielle who runs the office is not friendly. She comes off as rude and seems to have an agenda from the top. Most Harbour Club residents are in fear to speak up about incidents on the property or in their apartment in fear of getting a lease violation like their fallen neighbors. I will stay for 1 more year until my daughter graduates but I would recommend finding a more professional and less vindictive complex than this one."
"Follow up from my previous post two years ago. we still love living here! We have lived on the quiet side I guess. Yes, rent has gone up every year by $50 a month. This is the reason why we need to move but also start a family. I love my apartment and neighbors!!!! Never had an issue with neighbors. Never had to work with management since we moved in. Maintenance is a great help when needed. New leasing manager is alright."
"I have been here almost a year and they just told me they were going to raise my rent $40 per month - and if don't sign 2 months in advance - they will raise it to $50 - WOW! Talk about bullying practices! This place is outdated in many ways and you have to pay extra to use the pool; that's not open every day until late June. My refrigerator is so loud it can wake you up. I had to restore the wood floors myself because they were so badly worn. I can hear my neighbors every time they flush the toilet, take a shower. talk, and open/close the front door. Had I known about the noise and annual increases I would never have moved here. I suggest you keep looking because this place is WAY WAY WAY over-priced. They nickel and dime you for everything. This is getting three stars because of the location and apartment size - otherwise it would get a one or two at best."
