"The place itself is clean and nice enough. The leasing process seemed easy and pleasant until we learned after the fact that it wasn’t. The initial deposit check was “misplaced,” and despite repeated attempts to rectify this with both leasing and billing, the balance remains on my mom’s account. All of this after it has been confirmed numerous times with billing reps that the balance will be credited. This has been ongoing since June. Additionally, the representatives in both billing and leasing are poor communicators. They do not respond to inquiries unless prompted multiple times, and when they eventually do, they’re nothing but rude and unorganized. I figured that a company as large as Fairfield would be more professional, and I was greatly mistaken."
