"Hey ATM if you see this take care of this situation. At your 76 south Bergen place; Freeport apartments. There's a man on the third floor that has a dangerous pit bull ge walks through the building and lies that its his support dog. Yeah right. He has no official papers stating that fact and those type of dogs are never used for that. You really need to look into this. If that aggressive dog bites a child in this building you will be sued up the kazoo. Or you don't care like you don't care about anything else."

"This is the worstttttt place you can ever rent! I beg you, do not ever rent these people. Their apartments are NASTY, FILTHY and FULL of ROACHES. Everything in their apartment breaks and when you put in a request to repair it, it never gets done. Where I live is so expensive and disgusting!! I would never ever rent here again. When you go the office, there is a curly headed receptionist who is so nonchalant and outright uninterested. They offer no help and just rent nasty low quality apartments to people with no their choice. If you have no where to go and I mean NO WHERE, then sure rent a 6 month lease here and get the heck out when you find somewhere better. I know I’m just a stranger on the internet but trust me when I say do not ever rent here. If I could give these people zero stars I would. Worst place ever !!"

"The building is dirty and poorly maintained. My family has lived in this building well over 5 years. Its been so hard finding a new place with such high rents everywhere. The management here is cruel and negligent. Roaches and now mice have taken over the building, some units have bed bugs as well. If things break in your apartment, be prepared to wait months (if ever) to get them repaired. So many good people have left this building. They are slumlords at this point. Please do not waste your time moving here as you'll want to move out after a few weeks if not sooner and every step will be made more difficult by a heartless management company who won't hesitate to raise rent every year for absolutely no reason."
