"My experience at the New Haven Place Hempstead apartments has been great. The staff there are professional and nice. Whenever I have an issue in my apartment the Super and his maintenance staff are swift in fixing the problem, always, leaving me satisfied. The amenities included and size of the apartments are exceptional for the asking price. I love the fact that the building has a laundry room, and private parking which are both very convenient. The Management staff are superb. I especially appreciate Ms. Jacinia as she is very respectful, helpful and understanding of any issues or concerns I may have."

"I love living here! The rent is reasonable for the area, the apartments are newly renovated and the kitchens in particular are very nice. This is one of the few buildings that has a open and wide parking area. The staff is also super helpful, Finally, it's a good location with easy access for my husband’s office and children school. not gonna lie - I had my suspicions before I moved in. Nothing particular about them - just a general suspicion of all landlords. I can say with 100% confidence that they are down to earthen are honest with their dealings with you. If I say something is true, you can believe it is true. IT was really difficult before moving here to find and locate a good apartment in this area. All types of problems you run into…Sometimes the rent is cheap but then when you come to find out, the landlord is bad. Sometimes the place looks nice but then there is some hidden problem you don’t know about until after you move in. Not so about here. what you see is what you get. And that’s all I am asking for from a landlord. I recommend here simply because they are honest and upfront with their dealings with you."

"Hey folks, my partner and I have been living here for 3 years now and it has been phenomenal. This is actually the first review I've ever written ever, and I'm honestly the reason I’m writing it is mostly because of the staff here and their amazing work ethic and personalities. In our three years here, we have had very few issues with our apartments and that’s worth saying because it is very rare in the apartment rental issue. But basically every time we had an issue, it was fixed very quickly and professionally. However, it’s not just the maintenance guys who are awesome at New Haven Place. The whole entire team is very friendly and incredibly efficient at what they do. They know our names by now and it really feels like you’re interacting with family members. I’ve never really heard a complaint from other residents who live here either. And that’s another thing - all my neighbors are great people, friendly, respectful, and very hard working. All the bad reviews you read here are probably from people who have some axe to grind, either wanna break their lease or had some other personal issue or something. The building is very well maintained and the area is pretty safe. I never feel threatened or unsafe walking around at nights. I haven’t really had any bad experiences here to be honest and I would recommend anybody to check these people out if you’re looking for somewhere to live around here."
