"Our boiler went down and we didn't have a regular HVAC contractor that we used (hence part of the problem & we learned that regular maintenance is a real thing)! Nonetheless, after doing some research of reviews we called Bold HVAC located in Troy. They came within 2 hours of our call (we live 40 minutes drive from their shop) and replaced the broken parts in the boiler and took care of our deferred maintenance- all in a few hours.
