The building is always clean and the location is absolutely perfect for someone who takes the subway everywhere! I honestly couldn’t imagine a better place to live!"

"If you are looking at an apartment on floors 6-12, STAY FAR AWAY. They are building a public school on floors 1-5 and I spent 16 months subjugated to blaring jackhammering Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm every day. It was disastrous. Video for reference. They were curt and unapologetic about the construction. They lied when we moved in saying the space below would be used for “retail” which gave us false hope they wouldn’t, ya know, build a middle school… I will say this: If you’re looking at an apartment on floors 13 and above, this place is really good. The pool is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, the gym has everything you could want. But floors 6-12 you’re in for a giant wake-up every morning to the sound of jackhammering. Really wouldn’t recommend unless you’re an early riser who commutes to an office and wouldn’t be around the apartment from 7:30am to afternoon anyway."

"The concierge, porters and service staff at this building are amazing. The staff in the building are so incredibly kind and care for the residents more. I wish Brodsky would take better care of them though, they deserve the world!"

"We were contacted by a leasing agent and told that we were assigned a unit through the housing lottery we had applied to 2 years ago. Obviously we were excited and scheduled a tour. We contacted Housing Connect who said nope you're not eligible for the unit. Leasing agent said she would contact the housing people to figure it out and then proceeded to ghost us. Not sure exactly who's fault this was but I think a little bit of care and effort would go a long way when dealing with this sort of thing to ensure that you're not erroneously promising people affordable housing."
