"By far the worst management company I have ever had to deal with. I have been dealing with Danielle mostly and not only does she lack empathy but I have also caught her in several lies. Every time she is confronted by someone and has no response she resorts to hanging up the phone or transferring the call to voicemail. She also somehow is always too busy to talk to tenants. Gd knows how a low to middle management level person can be too busy to talk on the phone for 30 secs for 2+ days. Our apartment lost power for 2+ days. The common areas in the building have power and heat but the apartments do not. Our food has spoiled and my newborn baby of 7 days old is freezing and lacking proper nutrition due to lack of refrigeration for my breast milk. PSEG restored power to the building immediately, but management did not accept the fact that there could be something wrong withing the building until half a day later when they finally hired an electrician to check things out. According the the management company PSEG is responsible for damage of two surge protectors, not negligence and lack of upkeep of the building. They still have not gotten around to fixing the issue due to missing parts. We are going on 2+ days with a 7 day old, and 18 month old and my husband and I. It is now December 14th. It is cold.
