"I just rented an apartment at Oxford Plaza. The staff in the leasing office, Sheri and Danelis, could not have been more helpful in assisting me through the application process. To say that they went more than the extra mile would be an understatement. They were incredibly responsive to my questions and made this process so easy. When I dropped off my deposits at another one of the landlord's buildings, I was greeted by the super of that building with a smile and a welcome to the family of apartment buildings. When I visited Oxford Plaza, the doormen were very accommodating, answering any questions that I had. From the doormen at the building to Sheri and Danelis in the leasing office, and the super, my experience has been warm and friendly. I have leased a number of apartments over the years and this was the best leasing experience that I have ever had. It leads me to feel that I will enjoy living at Oxford Plaza and that they will take good care of me as a tenant."

"Extremely overpriced apartments managed by a family member of the owner. I personally wouldn't want to pay these high rents. They used to have a parking spot for people with disabilities upfront, which was always taken by non-disabled people."
