"The management fee here is expensive, and every time I go to the administrator to report a problem, the problem cannot be solved, and there is no service at all. The employee neglected his or her duties. It's very cold inside in the winter, the temperature is 66 degrees Fahrenheit from morning to 18:00, and they don't turn on the heating in the winter. And it's racist"

"I like living here, security could be a little tougher, but Louis and the maintenance crew are great! Unsure what's going g on with the playground and the benches, plus Jermain the property manager seems to do nothing while everyone hates him!"

"I have move here a little over a year ago and previously rented here for a year. I highly recommend you look for a place somewhere else to buy. I had issues with management since the beginning. The staff here are always looking to get some money out of you when they can. The first time I let the maintenance/plumber come to fix our drainage issue (the pipe in these building are really terrible) he damaged my tub and didn't seem to care at all. It was so nice of him to tell me that my wife need to cut her hair? Really! That just so professional. Also their management never at the office and never respond to email at all. I have email them many time about noise and it took them over a month to respond that's if I'm luck to get a respond. Now specially with covid they are perfect reason to not respond at all. So take my advise look somewhere else."

"We just visited a family friend here, the neighborhood look ok, but the buildings definitely need reconstruction , because they look very old, so to improve the condition of buildings is not just good for tenants , but for the owners as well."
