"We have a very good experience with Raymond Pacella. He did repair work on two of our Carrier units and did a great job. We would recommend his service very highly."
"We got multiple estimates for an HVAC system install for our house renovation. We chose All Season Experts and are very happy we did! The team delivered everything promised and was extremely accommodating to schedule changes from our side. In addition, we were given very fair estimates on plan changes throughout."
"So I'm quite slow at writing this but on the flip side, I've had the better part of a year to confirm the quality of the work Ray and his team did. They went above and beyond in replacing our oil system (all the blowers, tank, everything) with a heat pump mini-split system, along with a heat pump water heater. So far, our overall electricity costs have gone down, even while our oil costs have disappeared, obviously. Meanwhile our house is more comfortable than it has been in years. Thanks!"
"I have been a customer for over 10yrs. All Season Experts always provide the best service. Their technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Professional Service at its best!!"
"Our experience with All Seasons Experts Heating and Cooling was more bad than good. We hired them to install several mini-splits on first two floors as well as a conventional HVAC unit in the attic to take care of the uppermost floor. Things started out OK as they were communicative and stuck to the schedule we established. The first issue we ran into was the placement of the mini-split unit in the dining room. It was not centered in the wall as we had requested. They repaired the problem without any fuss and it came out just fine. Next, the lines outside were not run very neatly and only covered with the plastic conduit for a short distance creating a poor appearance. We asked them to improve it and they did. I few years later I purchased some conduit myself and covered the lines all the way to the compressor. Next, we have found that the system simply isn’t sized properly, if we wanted to keep the upstairs floor below 79 degrees on the hottest afternoons it simply wasn’t possible. Fortunately we are fine with keeping it at 80 degrees since we do not use the upstairs bedrooms during hot summer afternoons. That said, the equipment clearly wasn’t sized for the worst case scenario. Next, after about 6 months or so of operation we noted a vibration noise coming from the attic unit. It was inconsistent, which combined with it being just loud enough to be clearly audible, made sleeping somewhat problematic when the AC was on. We made many phone calls concerning this issue and they checked it out with no resolution (in part because it didn’t always happen). They asked me to make a video of the unit in operation during the noise issue which I did and sent it to them. That prompted yet another attempt to fix it, and this time one of their technicians took a guess at what it was, and sure enough, he nailed it, FINALLY ending this problem. The next and final issue we had was in our opinion the worst. Once the units were installed (6 years ago), we paid them to come and service the units about once a year. We didn’t use the equipment at all in the winter and tend to go easy on the AC in the summer, so servicing was basically a matter of checking the filters which even they said were very clean. These visits would cost ABOUT $150 but we were fine with that. Then during the winter of 21-22, I happened to notice a hissing sound in the compressor outside. I also noticed that the unit had lifted up just a bit on one side due to the ground freezing and raising disproportionally under the unit. Obviously this was very disconcerting. I called them and was very disappointed that they didn’t seem interested in checking it out with any degree of urgency (despite the likelihood that I was losing coolant), but more importantly they insisted that they would not come and check it out without charging something like $159.00. Had I not been paying them for periodic check-ups, that might almost have been acceptable. However given those check-ups, the fact that they would not even give it a quick look (I was not asking them to FIX it for $159!!) without that fee or even a reduced fee, caused me to severe our relationship with them right then and there. But here’s the kicker, the company that I called in to check it out said that not only had I lost coolant (very expensive to re-charge) but that THE UNIT HAD NOT BEEN INSTALLED TO CODE, in other words the freezing ground situation which caused the problem would not have been an issue if the unit had been installed properly. good luck."
