"What an amazing company!!! The day just before Thanksgiving my mothers neighbors electrical panel caught fire at her home. During that event at the neighbors home, Central Hudson goes over and decided to pull my 80yr old mother’s electric supply to her home the day before Thanksgiving. No notice, no reason as to why! Told her it will not be restored until an electrician comes and changes the meter pan. What’s wrong with the meter pan??? No explanations at all from Central Hudson. Panicked not knowing what to do we called D Silvestri & Sons Inc. Within a 1/2 hr the owner Dan was at my mother’s front door to help. Set things in motion for Owner Mike and his technicians Mike and Chance to take care of all the electrical issues that could have been a serious problem. They all went above and beyond! With other things going on at the house due to no power the basement had also flooded. It took them 2 hours to pump out basement before starting the work. They even brought my mom coffee. They truly are an amazing company and I will forever use and recommend them. They deserve more than 5 stars! Dan, Mike, Mike, Chance- Thank You All so very much for helping my mother and sister. "May I say, we RARELY write reviews & we personally didn't know anyone in this Company. We found ourselves with a problem the first day we turned on our Central Air. We spoke to a gracious Camille whom gave us a timely appt. (Was somewhat desperate as a medical condition necessitated AC). Bottom line, Rep Prentiss came, a true professional, honest, very knowledgeable and explained & documented everything he did. When you have knowledgeable reps calling the right shots-you save money in the long run, making it a win-win situation. Turns out this Company's business cards are available on my job's front counter. Now should someone ask, I will happily recommend their services. With a thankful heart-they got 5 stars from us today! We had one company here, several times, and they were never able to diagnosed the problem that Prentiss did today."

"It is never good to need air conditioning service in late July or early August. HVAC service companies are usually quite busy. I called Silvestri and received an almost immediate call back. Scheduled a timely appointment and service tech Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed our issues and came up with solutions. Parts were ordered and my work completed successfully a few days later. I was shown the new parts going in and the parts that came out. We are quite pleased."

"Can't say enough about D Silvestri & Sons. We moved into a home that needed a lot of electrical adjustments. After getting a $5k quote and told we needed to open our walls from another local electrician, we were SO HAPPY with the attention to detail Mike, Chance and their team paid to our needs. There was absolutely no reason to open our walls or spend $5k on repairs. They helped us out during these insanely busy times within a few short days of calling and talking to Heidi, who is so so so friendly and helpful. They've come back multiple times and even helped us with our hot water heater (John - thank you!!!) and AC/Heat Pump units to make sure our first few weeks in our new home were comfortable.
