"Excellent"
"Lobby fairly clean, with decorations in season. Mailroom, hectic. Staff is friendly. The hallways, however, are dirty, due mostly to some shareholders’ lifestyles. Two towers of co-ops, with two elevators in each tower bank. The elevators operate swiftly and smoothly, but nearly always between 9:00am - 10:00am (the day’s busiest time span!) one elevator in each tower Bank is closed due to cleaning."
"Terrible place!! High maintenance fees for nothing! Someone is pocketing the money!! Very dirty, needs a lot of improvement! Always something wrong. Stay away!!!"
