Update: Concession check delivered after new manager came. Feel like everyone’s working hard and incredibly nice but logistics is lacking a little bit. Still the nicest building in the area. Neighbors are all awesome. Update 2 Renewed my lease. Everyone’s really supportive and helpful."

"A great place to live. The staff are nice, especially Fabrice and Jesus. They helped me a lot. All the repair requests were processed immediately. Amenities are great, with fancy rooftop and gym. When I left the lounge is still under construction, but I’m sure it would be beautiful. I am so glad that I lived here in my first year in NYC."
