"Building was great when first moved in over 6 years ago, but has horribly declined. Laundry mat is filthy and the machines never work. Instead of replacing them with new ones they just try to save money by having someone fix them. There is always never a doorman in front in the mornings even though there are 3 door men who work different shifts. Only one of them named Chris who actually does his job and takes care of the cleanliness of the building by keeping the entrance clean and stays at the door all the time. I have been using the same key to enter the building since I first moved in and recently for the past month my key no longer works on the front door. There has been many other tenants who have also had this issue. Instead of them fixing the lock you now have to stand there and play fiddle the lock until it opens if there is no doorman present. I have lived in this area all my life and this is by far the worst building I have been in. I will be moving out asap whenever I get the chance. I have lived in many different places and never once experienced bed bugs, rodent and roach infestation as bad as this place. The super is hardly around and almost never approachable. If you want to live in this area I suggest you move to one of their other buildings because this is by far the worst one of them all. Winston Hall and midland gardens are a lot better I wish I never moved, but was looking for a bigger place and this building was the only one with a bigger space available. So definitely take into consideration all the things I said before choosing this place because it doesn't look like they will be improving anytime soon."
