"Front desk staff is always nice and friendly. Gene from the leasing office helped me in finding the perfect apartment plus he made the whole paperwork process a breeze. Building managers Srushti & Allison are fantastic & they deal with any issues in no time. Each apartment has washer/dryer (unlike most NYC apartments), building is pet friendly & all utilities (except electric & internet) are included in the rent. Water pressure is great & the hot water is HOT. Location wise this building is in perfect spot, especially if you have small kids, dog, or just like to walk around. Everything is within 5 to 10min walk. Waterfront, PATH, Newport mall, schools, restaurants, bars, Shoprite, BJ's, Best Buy, park... The neighborhood is quiet & safe."
