"The Maintenance is barely addressed, not a safe or accessible building for people with disabilities. The superintendent likes to spy and threaten on tenants of sharing them timelogs on the surveillance for simply doing their laundry. The energy is depressing, although the people are wholesome, yet it feels one transfers from a hallway of jail cells to your respite of an apartment."
"The elevators are often slow or broken. The halls are like a scene in American horror story. Bleak, empty and low light. Hanging chains from the main entrance door, not ADA friendly, a extremely rude superintendent, Teddy Rabindra, who goes into apartments unannounced banging 8am with dirty shoes and cursing you out when you call 311 / HPD for 7+ months of repairs that he neglects to care for his residents. Don’t even get me started off the heat / hot water going off for periods of time during winter. Zara reality is like the brand, sounds fancy, but cheap quality."
