"We have been looking for spacious apt for about 1year and we finally found one here!! Susan Ziegler was incredible !! She made this process very easy. We were literally done in 24 hours!! Thank You!!! We are excited to move soon!!"
"*RESPONSE TO OWNER’S SUGGESTION* “We encourage you to reach out to our leasing office directly so that we can discuss your specific situation and explore possible solutions that may better suit your needs.” Perhaps you should speak directly with your leasing office, as I have already pleaded with them a number of times. I even asked to cut the increase down from $443 to $200. Their response? “We do appreciate your tenancy and hope you do opt to renew your lease. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to reduce your offer.” Nice try though. —————————————————————— Let me first say that the only saving grace in this building are the doormen and package room guys. Think twice before renting from this place, especially if they are offering “discounted” prices. You’ll see why come lease renewal time. I rented a unit at a discounted price during the pandemic (January 2021) and they wasted no time jacking up the price back up - without one word of warning at the initial lease signing. I’m no novice to increases during renewal time, so I expected my rent to go up by maybe $100 or even $250 more per month. Typical increases, right? Nope. First renewal increase was $544 more per month, and the second was $443 more. Not to mention the “supplemental security deposit” (difference between renewal rent and current rent) required at renewal. Well above the cost of living wage increase. These were the LOWEST increases of the options they offered. Anything less than an 18-month lease (i.e. month-to-month, 6 months, 12 months) would cost $2K+ more per month to renew. So the only financially sensible option was to sign on for another 18 months. I guess enough time to look for another place before they jack it up another several hundred next renewal. Also, they mostly rent to tenants who are just out of college. Severely immature and lacking the slightest bit of consideration or awareness of the other tenants. The building management sends out REGULAR reminders that tenants should not be throwing things out if their windows. They actually have to remind people not to do that. So yeah, the building is basically just a glorified frat house."
"Absolutely thrilled with my experience moving into Windsor Court! Susan Ziegler, the leasing agent, was a standout—knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend! Excited to make this place my home."
"We had a wonderful experience working with Susan Ziegler at Windsor Court. She helped us secure a two bedroom for my daughter and her roommate. Every step of the way she was professional and courteous."
"Susan Ziegler at Windsor Court made searching for an apartment an exciting and easy experience. She was incredibly helpful, and very responsive to all of my questions. Susan was such a positive presence throughout the entire process, and in the end I could not be happier getting a new apartment."
