"I have been living here for 7 months now and i can say i am quite satisfied with it. The layout is nice, the lawn is a fun place to do activities with kids. The staffs here are nice. They usually respond to complaints fast. And one of the staffs, mr. Lambert, is so nice and always greeting me with a smile. The doorman and all the workers are amazing, friendly and helpful. and they have big lawn (pet free) and alot of kids activities there!"

The building I’m in has some of the most hardworking staff, especially Israel, Besim, & Angel.The whole crew works well together to meet the residents needs. They even attend to our fur babies."

"My experience living here at Parker Towers - The Madison Builing - for 4 years has been very pleasant. It is a clean, pet friendly, kid friendly environment. They host a lot of events both for children and adults as well as celebrating most Holidays (being inclusive of other faiths). We have a superb staff that all feel like family. In particular, I would recommend Besim, Israel and Angel for their helpfulness, professionalism and willingness to help all residents. They work continuously on our behalf and always provide us with excellent service."
