"We moved into 540 Waverly in early August 2023. We have had such a great experience with all the building staff who are professional, helpful and really attentive. They made our transition into the building really easeful and smooth. Eddy the Super has been very helpful and patient and the desk staff Shaw and Brandon as well as other building staff are all great and always know how to manage your queries. The property management team have also been attentive to our queries and have sophisticated systems to manage leasing, maintenace and building requests. We love the building amenities and take advantage of the bike storage, rooftop area, gym and love entering the lobby to our new home. We are grateful to call 540 home and to be apart of the community here and hope to be here for a long time."

"The management, maintenance and front desk staff go above and beyond. I am particularly grateful to see everyday such friendly staff (Shawn and Brandon) in the lobby because they make us feel at home. I can see maintenance staff (Dionisio) working hard to ensure the building is in perfect conditions. I am also grateful for Eddy to be responsive in all maintenance and urgent requests. The facilities are great. If I have to say one thing that needs to be improved, that would be the gym. Although it is complete, clean and nice, sometimes it feels too humid."

The island in the kitchen is truly a nice touch and makes cooking a joy. Also, the in-unit washer and dryer add a great deal of convenience to daily life. The property management team is exceptional, always friendly, and ready to assist with any inquiries. I also appreciate the secure access and the safety measures in place, providing a sense of security. Additionally, the communal areas, including the gym and lounge, are well maintained. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here, and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable living space."

"I have lived at 540 Waverly since January of 2023. My partner and I have greatly enjoyed living here - the building itself is phenomenal in a great neighborhood. Positioned between Fulton St. and Vanderbilt St., there is a significant number of restaurants and bars walking distance. The building is always clean and well kept. The staff are amazing. Eddy and the maintenance team have been attentive to any service requests, and Shaw and Brandon at the front desk go above and beyond."
