"The desk woman Description: black, average height with braids has an intolerable attitude which I will be going to TikTok to express my disbelief at how I’ve been spoken to and disregarded. Occurred today 4/6/23 at 9pm. If you are going to be working a customer service job ensure you have the customer service skills to match"
"THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN ALL THE TIME! Refurbished public house. Pros: the building is refurnished and the appliances are new. The view is super nice. the management team was doing their best to help the residents. Mixed: The tenants are from working class to affordable housing families. The neighbourhood is clean but somehow low-income. Bad: The noise level is crazy if you are living on the water side."
"Nice play to get out and see and you can exercise with the different machines nice breeze and if it starts to rain it is under the bridge"
"Great people who's working here Huge THANK YOU to Marko And try to avoid to speak with David from management. He's unintelligent"
"Probably one of the better apartment buildings in the local area, the management is constantly doing renovations to the apartment interior (kitchen, bathroom, etc) as well as hallways and lobby. (Familiar with this building and local area for 30 years) They have large laundry (load $ into laundry card) facility and very small gym. Apartments themselves are great. NOTE: about half the residents are sibsidized section 8 and the other (growing) half is regular residents. In other words, you have some residents paying over $3K+ monthly rent right next to folks paying only a few hundred for rent, for the EXACT same apartments. The management has really been trying to go for a luxury feel in the last 5 years or so. Keep in mind that most of the surrounding buildings are projects... oh, and they have a nice new rooftop lounge. Really neat, looks like Highline Park in midtown, especially at night with the ambient mood lighting and great views of Brooklyn. All in all a good apartment building. Has always been safe, but the smell of weed is present in most of the 19 floor's hallways... caucasian population has been slowly increasing, as (i'm sure) the managment's yearly profits, in line with the recent suggested upscale, luxury image. Building used to be more asian, hispanic, black about 15+ years ago. Lastly, East River-side-facing apartments have beautiful views of the Manhattan/Brooklyn Bridges/Brooklyn and financial district of Manhattan, jist be prepared for the strong sun and heat. West-side facing apartments (facing Cherry st) are easily 10 degrees cooler, difference is quite noticible. Apartments do come with AC, but power bill is not covered."
