"We found our old hot water tank severely leaking on a Friday afternoon. Called J&M Schwartz, and they sent Tyler and Isaiah out that same afternoon and to replace it with a new one. Both guys were very knowledgeable and professional, and took great care not to make any mess or leak water from old water tank. Reasonably priced and highly recommended! We will be using these guys for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on."

"I called J & M come to service my furnace and central AC, as my previous provider, Crisafulli would not do the routine inspection, cleaning, etc. unless I entered into a contract which was more like a monthly retention payment and seems to be the norm for many companies now. J & M were happy to schedule an appointment and the service was excellent, the workers were on time, courteous, and cleaned up their work area. I plan to use their maintenence service again next year, and if a problem or issue comes up thats' who I will call."
