Maintenance requests are taken care of nearly immediately and efficiently. The building is designed well with quiet apartments. Gym is top notch and location of the building next to Hudson Yards is great. We would’ve lived here indefinitely if we didn’t have to move! Best reasonably priced building in NYC!"

"I was a tenant in this building for over a year and faced discrimination and disrespect from the staff on multiple occasions. As a minority, I was harassed on multiple occasions and reported this to upper management, but there was no reply. Management likes to shift blame to others. The gym is poorly functional and so are the other amenities. I am happy I moved out from here"
