"the worst company ever , very rude management staff"
"I currently live here and can confirm the management (Leemar/Newport/Flagg Court) are completely unhinged. Please view Flagg Courts Yelp for more tenant reviews. I'm currently dealing with harassment after not renewing my lease. I've received 3 letters in a day telling me they will sue and fine me if I don't let them into my apartment for repairs that they claim are 10 year old violations. I've lived here for only 2 years.. why didn't they fix these mysterious repairs before I moved in? Last week they also sent an uncertified person to remove lead flaking paint right outside of my apartment. They didn't use the proper PPE or warn tenants. Unfortunately, dust and debris entered our apartment. This is tenant harassment and I fear for me and my families safety."
