"Repairs take forever and management is very unorganized. They changed the color of our parking stickers from blue to red. Anyone with a blue sticker that clearly states you live there can't use them anymore and will be towed. I've been asking for months for a red sticker and been told that they have no more and the waiting list is closed. How don't you have anymore when the lot is completely empty. I've have only Seen about 4 red stickers. The transition could have went smoothly if they asked everyone to turn in your blue stickers to get a red one. I truly believe they are making some money off the cars that they tow because barley anyone had a red sticker and street parking is damn near impossible. I had to park 4 blocks away and walk back with my 2 year old son in the rain. Meanwhile the lot was empty."

"I'm a little disgusted that the management of this building knew there was a cat stuck down in a hole for a month and did nothing about it!! Luckily community members from the neighborhood finally came together last night to get the poor cat out. You all should be ashamed of yourselves & who would want to live under management like this?"

"Park Hill has its own gang that should say enough about the neighborhood. The buildings stink every now and then you walk in and see a waterbug on the floor. The hallways seem very dim and the elavator in 160 constantly breaks down. The elavators are the worst part no one cleans them. And the chances of you being catcalled by a 40 year old drunk when your only a 14 year old girl is about 100% just from walking outside."

"Very sad for the elderly when the elevator goes out. Elevators need to be upgraded so 911 stretcher can fit. It should be a law for NYC. It withholds transport to hsp when a person in need of medical help."

"Park Hill Avenue Staten Island New York City is beautiful and the building managers daily do their best to keep the peace clean. Maintenance department is sometimes slow at getting to residents but overall a great place to live super peaceful our NYCPD is always patrolling to keep the peace and trust . I live here"
