"This is an honest review and detailed review; I have the text conversations to prove it. I brought my truck here on 9/06/2022. I was told we will bring it in for a diagnostic tomorrow 9/07. Ok great. Next day comes, the truck was not it. Ok fine I’m patient I know there are other trucks in the shop. 9/08 comes, I get a text closer to closing time after I’ve called the shop and received no answer. Then, I get a response with what might be the issue and the kid who runs the shop says, “I’ll have a quote to you by the end of the day”. All talk. No performance. If your going to say something of that magnitude, deliver on your word. Don’t beat around the bush don’t make excuses. Or simply say “hey I can’t get your truck into next week, your choice whether you want to wait or not.” He talks the talk but can’t deliver. 4 days my truck sat there with no results. Then he says I’m out of the shop working on government work I’m busy. Ok? Have your shop call me. No call. Nothing. Im not here to give companies bad reviews but if your going to be in Business, be great to your customers bc they keep you open. A typical hotshot with no backbone."
