"I was very happy with the services provided when I first moved here however there have been issues since. The washing machine that came with the apartment broke 8 months into our lease and fairfield management has done absolutely nothing to fix it. I have called several times and left many service requests. 4 months have now passed and our washing machine is still broken. Fairfield management has take zero initiative in resolving this issue and refused to replace our washer. I have to call over and over again and nothing is ever fixed. I leave service requests and they completely ignore them. At this point I can not trust fairfield management to do there job. They obviously do not care about their residents"

"I’m writing this on behalf of my father who has lived here for almost 3 years. He’s had multiple break ins in his cars parked in the parking lot where there used to be security before Covid. That stopped around June of 2020. He still pays the service fee for it though. The walls are paper thin He can clean as day hear the neighbors dog parking from his bedroom 24/7 because they’re almost never home to make it stop, the landlord will do nothing about it. Paying almost $4,000 (not including utilities) a month, the parking lot almost always smells like sewage. There are loose bricks in the walkways that if you weren’t looking down you’d most definitely trip over them. Lawsuit waiting to happen. There’s a forest falling around on the lawn, which attracts gnats and flies during the summer. On top of that, he pays an extra amount every month to have a garage and parking spot, that other people park in anyway when he’s not home. Not to mention the garage having gotten broke into twice. All of the kitchen appliances have broken more than once over the last three years. He’s had 3 pipes burst (twice in his walk in closet and once in the guest bathroom) and it took maintenance three days to get the water out. And when maintenance does come, they have no problem letting themselves inside without warning or waiting for someone to answer the door. His neighbors keep a pail of their dogs waist right outside of his guest bedroom window and leave it there for days at a time. Also one of my brothers was getting paid to detail his friends car, and the landlord came over to him and said that he could not “do business activities” on the property. I could go on for days about the things I’ve personally seen and the thing my dad has complained about."

"This entire company is running a scam. I had a letter placed in my door on October 17th, dated oct 8th saying I had 30 days to reply to a renewal of lease or I would not get my security back. I called and emailed that day because these dates were a contradiction. I was assured by the property manager Ricky that I would get my deposit back. Almost 90 days later I still have not rec’d my deposit. I called the main office and spoke with Erin who told me I would not be getting my deposit back because I failed to reply within 30 days, I told her how I had a string of emails from the 17th of October when I first received the letter and then she actually hung up on me! Is this how they deal with people? I called back trying to find out who Erin’s manager is because I was shocked At the lack of customer service. I spoke with someone else who was friendlier and a little more helpful but was now told that I owe the landlord money.. that’s news to me? Seems like they make up all sorts of things in order to hold onto that deposit. The apartment complex itself was plagued with issues. The gym was always dirty ( I have pics) the pool was filthy and we asked for a screen for our balcony for an entire year and never got it. If anything needs repair they are very slow to fix it or not at all. Our shower ceiling was splitting apart and the hole got bigger and bigger and they only changed the shower head and left the ceiling. In any case if I don’t get my deposit back I’ll have to get my lawyer involved now because they are obviously running a scam here."

"Even when living there, problems with the apartment rarely ever were addressed/fixed and often took multiple communications. On leaving our apartment, we stucko'd the walls, cleaned everything, nothing was left damaged/broken. Has been 7 months since we moved out, not a single penny from our Security Deposit despite numerous attempts to call Management including the point person for the property, Ricky. We have requested receipts, charges, any explanation where our 1000$ went and have not got a response. We lived there for 2 years."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! The management, leasing and maintenance team are horrible. If you have something wrong in your unit do not expect to get it fixed while you are living there - but expect to end up paying for it out of your security deposit. Don't expect to see any of your security deposit back! It is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone if you have an issue and if you are able to talk to someone there is a 99% chance that they are not telling the truth. Make sure all claims and conversations are only in writing because they go back on their word. Ended up getting charged an extra months rent after moving out on time because they needed time to fix and rent the unit after our term."
