"The "business center" has no printers and no ability to fax. Why even have computers there? Terrible location. Nothing around but a couple of mediocre restaurants, it's like paying to be stranded somewhere. My work paid for the room; I would never pay to stay here. Full disclosure of my bias: I hate airport hotels. The proximity and so called convenience to the airport is never worth it. The only stars I give are for the staff, which was helpful and friendly."

"I've stayed at many hotels, never before have any of them not included a free breakfast. Stayed for a wedding for two nights. After I checked out they gave me my receipt. I thought that was it, but three weeks later, when I got my credit card statement they charged my card for two other nights ($428) for a reservation that was canceled a week before the stay. They never handed me that receipt when I was there. That's just plane old greed. I mean I was there and paid for my stay, but to charge my card again, and the way they went about it was wrong. I wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again after that snake of a move. Rotten place."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I went there for a special event, and this hotel was the perfect place to go. (in my opinion.) The only problem I had with the place is that it was dimly lit, but I spent a big chunk of my time sleeping or partying. The service was AMAZING! The staff were kind and patient, and the pool was clean and awesome! The food and drink there was delicious! The location is great, and so is the parking lot, plenty of space for me! The room was neat and clean, and the television was working fine. The internet was a bit slow, but better than my house's'! I can't wait to go back there! Almost feels like luxury!"

"This place is an absolute disgrace of a hospitality business. This hotel was chosen as a wedding block. One of the wedding guests came back highly intoxicated at 1am (as expected when you agree to a wedding block). Instead of offering to see this guest back to their room or allowing one of the guest’s friends to escort them back to their room safely, the hotel front desk staff and security instructed this guest to leave the premise in 40 degree weather and would not allow the guests to even return to their room for his belongings. This has been the most tasteless act I have seen from a “hospitality” company in my life. Albeit the guest was very intoxicated and confused, but in no way harmful or a threat. I would highly advise against any weddings booking this venue in the future. Do not agree to a wedding block if you are ill equipped and ill trained to handle wedding guests."
