"Lived here for 3 years. It is just amazing on how the charm of this is not shadowed by the high rises beside it. All credit goes to the super who is such a dedicated and a hard working guy. The leasing office is so professional and friendly at the same time. Very prompt maintenance and the recent upgrades makes it even more attractive."

"Nice spot with rent much lower than the other buildings in the area. Friendly neighbors and staff. Appliances are average but laundry in unit. Overall worth it."

"Called multiple times here to have details about leasing the apartment but no one responded. The call always go on voice mail and you don’t get to hear back even after leaving a message. Very poor response and service."

"Lovely place to stay. We have rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for $2895. The apartment is a snug little place with a lovely view of the riverfront. There is a washer-dryer in the apartment and a small gym facility downstairs. Overall, a very good experience staying here."
