The maintenance staff is quick to address any issues that may arise. Additionally, the entire building is very well-maintained and all of the amenities are modern and top-notch. Jesse, the leasing manager, is a pleasure to work with and makes the entire leasing experience seamless. I highly recommend 235 Grand to anyone looking for a great place to live!"
