Other Companies required an average $200 emergency service fee just to come out to my home before diagnosing the problem, not to mention, they couldn't get a technician here for another 14 hours! Thankfully I found TCH&AC online and they were able to send out a tech within the next hour. Mike Ellis, (the tech) came within 30 minutes, diagnosed the issue, gave a fairly reasonable quote for parts and labor, then completed a full repair all within 2 hours. I am fully satisfied with their prompt and honest service along with their reasonable prices. I strongly recommend this Company and will be requesting annually maintenance in the near future."
