"I had a wonderful experience living at the villas for over 2 1/2 years. The first property manager was fair and answered all my questions and concerns, and Brian, the current manager, is always available, courteous and attentive. My apartment was lovely, my neighbors were amazing, and everyone I met on the grounds were friendly and willing to lend a helping hand. I have no real complaints in my time at the Farmingdale Villas and would live there again in a second."

"I lived in this complex for two plus years. I did not have any issues with the previous management but I will admit that there was a remarkable difference when the management changed. Brian is extremely helpful and understanding of the tenants' needs and he definitely improved the morale of the complex. Anna was also very sympathetic to the needs of the elderly especially during the pandemic. Based on my experience with the current management team I would definitely recommend this complex."

"Our experience was very good Brian the property manager was fair. Our apartment was clean and we enjoyed our short stay. One of the biggest complaints was parking they only allow 1 vehicle . There were several spaces open each night and we asked to purchase and additional spot but the answer was no. They suggested park in the shopping center across the street, This is a very busy street and crossing was difficult on foot. Overall we enjoyed our neighbors but wish they didn’t call the office when we parkour cars in open spots."

"Terrible place! So mean to the elderly. Very poor management. The manager wanted to keep the security from two apartments my parents had there. Both passed away while living there. After over 8 years of living there and keeping the places nice for her she didn’t want to give me the money! Had to get a lawyer friend and we beat her!!!! Beware!"
