"I was on business trip Feb 6-8 and I am not thrilled with the hotel. Lady at the check-in was super nice, breakfast was good, but that’s about that. On the first night I wanted to watch TV which first wouldn’t turn on, then when finally I managed to turn it on, the show wouldn’t load, or let me rephrase- the sound was there, but no movie and spinning at 99% loading for at least 15 minutes or more. I tried to call front desk, nobody picked up the phone, so went downstairs (was on 4th floor) and the guy said he will send engineer. Engineer came, disconnected tv, connected it back, did something, ok the show loaded. But… he suggested I pointed the remote not in a right direction (seriously???) and that I can always buy faster internet service…(that actually pissed me off.. ) They were supposed to get back to me if there is another room available with faster service. Never did. Next day, the tv did not even turn on. Null. Nothing. It was late and I was leaving next morning so I didn’t make a complaint and in the morning I forgot in all the hustle. In addition, the toilet was kind of flushing by itself from time to time and closet smelled like cigarets even though it is no smoking rooms and hotel. What I liked- the kitchen was decent, full size fridge, sink, kitchen fully equipped (except there was nothing to wash the dishes with or a capsule for dishwasher machine…). Bed, towels, furniture were ok. But most likely will not return unless I have to. The End."

"I booked a stay at this hotel from Jan 31 to Feb 7th. After the 1st night I had to leave. This hotel is severely sub standard to any other Marriott I have ever been. To start, the room was filthy and the furniture very worn. Cooking utensils were not cleaned nor was the silverware. Further, the frying pan was loaded with mouse poop. Mouse poop was also seen behind the livingroom TV. Counter tops were filthy, there was mold under the bathroom sink and the metal hinges on the toilet sear are broken allowing them to pinch and cut anyone even brave enough to use it. There were also holes in the bedroom curtains. This stay was going to cost me nearly $2,000. I don't expect white glove treatment at the over $200 per night but I don't expect this either. Photos were taken and I will attach if I can."

"This hotel took care of me when the Marriott magically canceled my reservations that I had. The staff at this hotel is superb. I told him what had happened with my canceled reservation and they compensated Me by knocking $50 off my room"

"One of the few hotels we have found that allow more than 2 dogs! They even have a good size fenced in dog run which is very convenient and you can watch the planes taking off. We will definitely return due to how pet friendly they are. The doors throughout the hotel need some work (hard to open or don’t close on their own), bed was too soft for us, and breakfast was pretty bad so took away one star, but coffee was good and staff was friendly. Wish they had king sized beds in the suite."

"Haven’t made it into our room yet, booked a suite back in January and paid a very high price for it. We got here after a 12 hour car ride for the desk to tell us there are no suites available. We are now split up in cheaper separate rooms. Sheets on the bed have stains, very outdated and questionably clean. Staff stated they can get us into our suite tomorrow morning but overall disappointed."
