"Called Mister Buzzer Repair & Install to talk about setting up security cameras after my warehouse was broken into while on vacation. Right from the start got excellent customer service. I was very pleased that he sent someone out (Luis) just a couple hours after my initial call. Luis was very informative in the different options the company offered and I was super happy their prices were right in my budget and I appreciate that he didn't feel pushy. They sent out 2 installers that week to set up my new cameras. I was very pleased with the way they worked. Came across a few bumps during installation, (but that's just because I have an old warehouse and nothing is ever easy here!), but they figured out the best way to work around what I had and I was super excited with the outcome and the company in general! "Get it from someone who used them: Top level of pros. Before hiring Mister Buzzer I did some homework. I have learned that when it comes to intercom systems repair, different vendors in Brooklyn can give you totally different answers. So I got 4 different quotes. Now Mister Buzzer was not the cheapest option, but the only company that was willing to provide 1 year warranty on the repair. And when a company willing to provide 1 years warranty, it means that they have confidence in their work and believe it will last for much longer than a year. It has been 3 months since Jeremy worked on our intercom system and so far 0 problems. So for no issues I go with max stars to Mister Buzzer."
