The computer would turn on for a moment but then go blank, so I felt like there was a good chance they could still fix it. They were super friendly and professional, and I received frequent check-ins on the status of my repair. While it was fairly expensive and I understood that a fix was not guaranteed, I was delighted to have my computer back in working order in just a few days!"
