Metro 303

"STAY CLEAR - For the price that we pay, the location is not worth it. Also currently, there are so many issues with management since they do not prioritize our building (they mainly prioritize their west Hempstead building). The issues range from terrible communication, almost everything is outdated or broken… save your time and money and stay clear from this place!!! If you need more confirmation, come by and visit and ask a resident, and they will advise you to not move in - we are all terribly annoyed. The main elevator has been down for almost 2 weeks! It’s always something and management doesn’t really care. Not worth the price at all given the building’s condition, terrible management and location (people drink and loiter on the corner of Main Street and the building does nothing about it). ***update 9/25/23 *** there was one manager (Patrick) that really did care and helped residents after previous management completely dropped the ball. Patrick is no longer with Metro303 and the building was recently bought out by a new company. Since then, the building has flooded, the blaring alarm system has gone off none stop (it is so loud and at 120 db can actually caught hearing damage long term) and when I emailed management, I received a passive aggressive response that professionally told me to ‘deal’ with it with zero apology for the terrible living conditions. We pay for ‘luxury’ amenities but get subpar, way below average service and support. METRO303 is a terrible place to live please consider anywhere else."

"RUN!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a joke! From management to management company. No consistent maintenance. Tenants are over charged and rent increases thru the roof! Fire alarm goes off so much all hours of the day/night that fire trucks won’t even show up. Water, mold, mushrooms, the list of violations is never ending. Will be fast to charge you but never refund for their wrong doing. Gotta wait days for packages. Just a disgusting place and oblivious people running it. Pictures are from TODAY (Sept 24)!! They have a new maintenance guy running around like a chicken without a head and management who lives in the building is no where to be found. I can go on and on and on!"
