"The most garbage building I ever live in my life no customer service no management no maintenance no safety they don’t give you anything and whatever you ask them they say we don’t know and I don’t understand who knows they just knows they take our money and without service. I’m so sorry for myself and my family to leave This building from outside when you look at building you see nice building luxury Waterview and all trap when you coming in you never feel you live in your home The fire alarm two times a week, middle of the night goes off and you cannot sleep too and this is nonstop The garage door always open. All of the door is open and so many stranger people come from outside inside the building and management doesn’t care about for all of this."

"For a smoke free facility cigarette butts littered everywhere. Marijuana smoke permeate throughout the building, some nights will draft into your apartment. This has been a concern among residents and front office has done nothing. Workers definitely do bare minimum to keep their job. Trash bins overflow. Garbage littered the living quarters for weeks at a time. Coffee spill stain the wall for now going on two months. Rowdy non residents take free use of the tiny gym and grill area. Do your research before paying a premium to live at Avalon Great Neck. Will probably be the worst year of your life renting from these people."

"Clean place with good amenities. Jacob is friendly and does a great job for me for anything that needs to be fixed. Recently had the fridge replaced and was an easy process."

"Avalon at Great neck has major issues with building management and infrastructure. Start with the integrity of maintenance crew Jacob and the superintendent who begs for good reviews. Behind closed door they all talk about how the building is falling apart. Cleaning crew does not clean regularly mold and trash overfills attracting rodents. Management clearly knows what is wrong with the building, for example the fire alarm and plumbing layout. The fire alarm in the building is manually shut off for most of the month which is considered highly illegal due to the fact it’s triggered for no apparent reason multiple times a month. Residents and staff at this building should be concerned for their safety. Be highly cautious when applying for an application. Things go on behind the scene that residents are not aware."

"We love our Avalon apartment. We have been especially impressed by the maintenance team. Two appliances needed some routine repairs shortly after moving in, Jacob and Tarrell promptly identified, explained, and fixed each issue quickly and super conveniently. We highly recommend this building"
