"Highly recommended due to integrity and quality of follow-up. For some strange reason, my printer that I have brought in have brought in has started breaking one of the cheap plastic parts. Its been 4-5 years so nothing really out of ordinary. I brought it for the service, they have repaired it, I paid by check and brought it home. Unfortunately almost immediately it broke again and when I called they said to bring it in free of charge as they stay firm behind their repair. Afterward they have tried to repair it for another day, but it kept doing the same thing and they called me back saying that unfortunately they are unable to get it to work and that they will return my check. Life does not always work as we hope, but this type of integrity is rare and highly appreciated. To payback their kindness I made sure to purchase my next printer through them which have been handled quickly and professionally. I will definitely be back. Great job!"

"My HP Printer Head was broken. This store replaced it with great care. Every time, if something is not working, the owner of the store is always asking me to come back and he would fix it for me. I have to say that the HP products have very low quality. But this maintenance store does an excellent work to ensure the printers to work for their customers. This is one of a few computer printer maintenance stores that are still doing the very good jobs. I highly recommend it."
