"I had a superb experience with J&A repair. The motor on my JET 15 inch wood planer died, and I was desperate to get it fixed. The machine was under warranty and JET sent me to J&A. Right from the get go, I was impressed! John, who runs the shop, picked up the phone on the first ring and he could not have been more helpful. He quickly understood the problem, and patiently explained to me what needed to be done. He dispatched a worker as soon as the necessary part was available. His technician, Forde, showed up late in the evening (he had has a busy day and my house is over an hour from the shop -- John had called to ask me if I preferred to do it the following day). Despite the hour, Forde was calm, collected and courteous. He was extremely thorough, and fixed the planer so that it was running better than new! I could not have been more pleased!"
