"I have reached out many times about certain issues and don’t get responses which is disappointing for the price paid for this community. The additional parking and amenities fees are not meeting the expectations. This community is in a convenient location but could really be kept up a lot better for the price. Lantern flies invaded the pool and rooftop area and have not been cleaned up. The stairwells have dead bugs in them for months which is disappointing given the monthly amenities fees. Also pay for monthly covered parking in the garage that has insulation falling onto my car- issues like these make me regret renewing my lease."

Everything is new, modern and needless to say how amazing the floor to ceiling windows are!! It makes my apartment feel open, airy and very welcoming! In the past I have had my fair share of dealing with those "could care less" types of people from management and it is such a breath of fresh air having Jasmine, I truly appreciate her attention to detail and you can tell she takes pride in making sure the Fleetwood community is 1st in her book!"

David was super helpful and informative and took his time to show us the available apartments. The amenities were great, building is modern, and you can tell the people that run the place make an effort to keep a great residential atmosphere and culture.
