"This building has a whole BULLET HOLE in the window of the back entrance at the parking lot. It is very old and the pictures on their site make the place look nice but it’s as hood and dilapidated as the rest of the area. The garbage in the back is disgusting and landscaping is a serious need. There have been trespassers and homeless individuals just making a home for themselves in the staircases. The apartments on the inside are not worth the money. Old fixtures, old paint jobs, if you purchase an apartment here, be ready to have to fix it up cause they are selling it to you as is. I don’t live here but I am friends with someone that does and I had to write a review as a visitor. Just don’t understand why she would purchase here. It’s a dirty little building. Might be a little more affordable but still overpriced for the filth and the area. I’ll be over there next week so I will come back and post a picture of the bullet hole. This place needs to be bulldozed."
